With a vision to attract investment, the Andhra Pradesh government is making an arrangement to develop a mega IT hub spreading across 3,000 acres. This proposed center will come up on the hubs of Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Vijayawada-Guntur, Tirupati and Anantapur.
The state government is also planning for an incubation center for entrepreneurs (ICE) in the state in order to support start up in the state. To promote this start-up activity around 100 crore fund is planned in association with the Centre and public and private investors. A target of incubating at least 500 start –ups has set by ICE itself. Apart from this, the state government will soon announce its new industrial policy.
