IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has accepted an LoA for the work of EPC pipeline laying contract.
The contract won is for the project from Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves (ISPRL), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for laying from Land Fall Point, Mangalore Port to Mangalore / Padur Cavern via Intermediate Valve Station (IVS) for storage of crude oil. The project is of the total length of 50km.
The total cost of the project is estimated at the cost of Rs 213 crore and is expected to be completed within 15 months from the date of issue of LoA. IL&FS is currently working on the Dahod pipeline project of Gujarat State Petronet (GSPL) on an EPC basis.
