JVACC-AEV Consortium, the joint venture between Aboitiz Equity Ventures and J. V. Angeles Construction, has won PHP10bn ($228m) contract to build and operate a Tamugan surface water development project in Davao City, Philippines. The scope of the work involves construction of a hydroelectric-powered bulk water treatment facility and the conveyance system to deliver treated bulk water. This will be an AEV’s first venture in bulk water distribution. The final structure of the joint venture company is currently being finalized by the parties involved.
