With an investment plan of $245Mn in next five years; KEF Holdings, plans to boost its operations in India with its expertise in offsite construction technology
KEF holdings will channelize its new investments through its two business verticals i.e. KEF Infra and KEF health. The company can offer designing, engineering, manufacturing and assembling and can build schools, hospitals, commercial / residential buildings as one service.
Out of the two big projects, which are already launched in India; one is The KEF Industrial Park at Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu – India’s only off-site manufacturing facility for construction, is about to complete by April 2015.
Another project of 500-bed hospital in Calicut, Kerala designed to be built using precast and modular construction technology. The project is expected to be ready by first quarter of 2016.

KEF Infra’s 42-acre KEF Industrial Park, will manufacture building components such as columns, beams, hollow core slabs, wall panels, staircases, windows, doors, bathroom units and facades. The facility will help cut construction tenure and costs by almost 50% and 30% respectively.
