A financial support of a Rs 19.6 million has been provided by the idea for the construction of school in Nepla’s Lalitpur district. Ranjit Rae, Indian ambassador inaugurated the newly constructed school building under Nepal –India Cooperation Program.
The importance of the Nepal India Economic Cooperation Program as a cornerstone of the development partnership between the two countries, he said. The Indian government has also sanctioned NRs 3 million for procurement of furniture and computers for the school with the additional benefits of Ten ambulance and six school buses. Moreover, NRs 3.26 million has also been sanctioned for the renovation of the 9 historical sites. The other projects costing around to NRs 125.7 million is in progress in the district.
