The Corporate Finance Division of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited; recently hosted their Annual Customer Meet under the banner ‘Fostering Relationships’ at the ‘Lalit Great Eastern Hotel’ in Kolkata. The event, which was attended by many corporate customers and senior executives, was focused on broadening relationships with existing and prospective customers by offering them a wide range of financial solutions.
Mr. T V Narendran, MD Tata Steel – India and South Asia, the Guest of Honour at the event, spoke at length about the concept of ‘Fostering Relationships’. He outlined three most important factors for building relationships – ‘Customer Relationships’, ‘Customer Insights’ and ‘Customer Convenience’. He also went on to emphasize on the importance of deeply understanding the customers’ needs “Technology is impacting us much more than we realize, much faster than we realize. Only thing that can save you is a deep understanding of your customer and insights which will help you develop products and services which no one else can.”
After this, a few of Tata Capital’s esteemed customers were honoured at the event with Special Recognition Awards given at the hands of Mr. T V Narendran. The event was followed by a musical performance by Sivamani and a sumptuous dinner.
Mr. P.C.Bandivadekar, COO- Corporate Finance and Mr. Sarosh Amaria, COO- Commercial Finance addressed the gathering about the wide gamut of products and offerings of the Non-Banking Financial Company (“NBFC”). Tata Capital’s upcoming Mobile Application which is to be launched in 2015 across all mobile OS platforms was also unveiled. Tata Capital would become India’s first NBFC to offer Application based transaction services to its customers. Tata Capital also plans to introduce special schemes offering competitive financing terms, flexible solutions and hassle-free processing with the aim of becoming an end-to-end financial services provider.
Tata Capital conducted ‘Fostering Relationships’ events in Pune and New Delhi and will further organize events for its corporate customers at Chennai (South) and Mumbai (West) in the near future to connect with over 1000 customers across India.
