ThyssenKrupp Industries won orders worth Rs 1,000cr

ThyssenKrupp industries India, an engineering procurement and construction company has won orders worth Rs, 1,000 crore from the leading national and international business conglomerates.

The orders bagged are related to the involving the delivery and installation of equipments of their Mining & Bulk Material Handling (MHE) and Boiler & Power Plant (B&PP) divisions.  

As part of the contract with Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Kochi Refinery, TKII will provide complete bulk material handling system for Petcoke.

The scope of the contract involves truck unloading system for coal/ coke & limestone, stacker, portal scrapper reclaimer, conveyors, covered storage for fuel and limestone, bulk reception units, limestone preparation unit and pneumatic conveying of pulverized limestone. The boiler package being supplied to a Thermal Power Project in Philippines comprises of three nos. 220 TPH coal fired CFBC boilers along with auxiliaries like Electro Static Precipitators (ESP), Fans, Fuel Feeding system, Elevators, Electrical & Instrumentation Packages etc. on design, engineering & supply basis for a 3 x 55 MWe Thermal Power Plant at Balingasag, Mindanao, Philippines.

ThyssenKrupp Industries India so far has commissioned over 50 CFBC boilers successfully, while another 15 boilers are under various stages of commissioning.
